ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To provide the anatomic data for the correlated otologic microsurgery by the microdissection of temporal bone through facial recess approach.@*METHOD@#Sixteen human temporal bones of eight adult cadaveric heads were dissected under surgical microscope through facial recess approach, and the relative anatomic structures were observed and measured, such as the bony entrance of facial recess approach, facial nerve, stapes, round window, round window niche, pyramidal eminence, cochleariform process, etc. The data were analyzed statistically.@*RESULT@#The width of the bony entrance of facial recess approach was (2.94 +/- 0.32) mm, the height was (8.83 +/- 0.84) mm, the depth was (3.51 +/- 0.17) mm. The distances from stapes to tympanic segment of facial nerve, mastoid segment of facial nerve, round window, cochleariform process and anterior ligament of malleus were (1.38 +/- 0.21) mm, (6.94 +/- 0.47) mm, (3.60 +/- 0.55)mm, (2.23 +/- 0.33)mm, (4.93 +/- 0.61) mm, respectively. The distances from pyramidal eminence to tympanic segment of facial nerve, mastoid segment of facial nerve, round window, round window niche and cochleariform process were (1.05 +/- 0.09) mm, (5.63 +/- 0.41) mm, (3.01 +/- 0.34) mm, (3.29 +/- 0.44) mm, (4.13 +/- 0.51) mm, respectively. The distances from round window to cochleariform process and tympanic segment of facial nerve were (5.11 +/- 0.61) mm and (3.97 +/- 0.61) mm. The distances from round window niche to tympanic segment of facial nerve and mastoid segment of facial nerve were (4.13 +/- 0.38) mm and (7.28 +/- 0.29) mm.@*CONCLUSION@#The facial recess approach played an important role in modern otologic microsurgery. The position of anatomical structure was constant relatively, including short crus of incus, stapes, pyramidal eminence and cochleariform process, etc. These could be used as reference marks for otologic microsurgery.

ABSTRACT

The problems of Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC) and Electromagnetic Interference(EMI) of medical electric devices are directly related to the medical treatment effect for wounded patients on the health-care train.EMC and EMI problems of medical electric devices in use are studied and analyzed.Suggestions on preventing EMI problems are given to guarantee the normal running of medical electric devices in health-care train.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the changes of retinal sensitive cellular ultrastructure of rats in critical period of visual development. Methods Ten normal healthy Wistar rats were chosen, eight of which were neonatal rats and two were mature rats. The eight neonatal rats were randomized into four groups(n=2 in each group) and respectively sacrificed on postborn day 0,15,20,25.The eyeballs of the neonatal rats and the mature rats were resected and the retinas were observed by electron microscope. Results The rat retinal sensitive cellular ultrastructure on postborn day 0 was immature and the cellular arrangement was not clear. The organelle of sensitive cell in critical period developed mature gradually and the arrangement of them was very clear. Conclusion The retinal sensitive cell of rats develops and matures gradually in critical period.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore optimized procedures and science decision-making methods for the triage in sanitary train and improve efficiency. Methods The work condition of triage was evaluated with queuing theory and mathematical models. Results The work of triage needs to be further optimized. The M/M/n model of queuing theory can improve efficiency, and then waiting-time that from triage site to specifically sickbed can be shorten consumedly. Conclusion The application and assistance decision on queuing theory in the triage can optimize organization plan and enhance work efficiency.

ABSTRACT

The demand of hospital car in first-aid and patients carrying is urgent in paroxysmal epidemic, disaster and wartime.According to types and characteristics of civil-train,many methods are used to rapidly refit civil-train to hospital car, such as rapid taking down devices from civil-train,installing medical appliances and unloading the device in the civil-train and auxiliaries.Based on analysis and comparison,YZ25G hard-seat train is the best one to refit from civil-train to hospital car.

ABSTRACT

Objective To localize the gene of a Chinese autosomal-dominant non-syndrome deafness (DFNA) family by linkage analysis. Methods Pedigree was drawn after genetic investigation. All family members were checked up, and detail audiology examination proceeded (including pure tone audiometer, acoustic immittance measurement, auditory brainstem response). Vestibular function was evaluated. At first, the similarity of the family's locus linkage with the known DFNA loci should be excluded, and then whole genome scan was carried out. Results Deafness gene of this family was localized at 2q13-q14.2. A maximum LOD score of 3.22 (?=0.00) was obtained with the microsatellite marker D2S363. Haplotype analysis placed the novel locus within a 8.4cM region interval defined by markers D2S1888 and 2S2224. DNA sequencing of coding regions and exon/intron boundaries of a candidate gene PAX8 in this interval did not reveal disease-causing mutation in this family. Conclusion A novel DFNA locus was defined in a Chinese Neimeng family.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the specific application of ergonomics for design of operation field in sanitary train. Methods The use of ergonomics theory, the layout of operation field, personnel operating capacity, environmental comfort and operation security were analyzed, surveyed and discussed. Results The principles and guidelines for design of opera- tion field in sanitary train were proposed in order to make full development the efficiency of "operator-equipment-environ- ment" mode. Conclusion The application of ergonomics for design of operation field in sanitary train can be improved the rationality of the layout of field of operation, environmental comfort and work efficiency.

ABSTRACT

The rapid deployment flow for medical support unit of health-care train is discussed in the aspect of personnel spot-training with carriage. A handbook is compiled for loading and unloading health-care train's equipment. A series of methods and processes are put forward based on the principle of " fixed type of equipment, fixed person for loading or unloading, fixed position, fixed operation steps", which provides a possibility for rapid deployment flow at medical support unit.
